Each week, users voted to narrow the field, culminating in a live webcast performance with the top three bands at South Street Seaport in New York City.

  • Collaborated extensively with Ad Sales and Marketing teams to conceive and plan every aspect of the event, from the web voting component to the live webcast finale.
  • Represented MTV in all client planning meetings with Steve Madden and South Street Seaport support staff, ensuring smooth logistics and alignment on event details.
  • Managed the design and production of a dedicated mini-site to support online voting, event information, and audio content.
  • Oversaw the weekly digitization and uploading of band audio, maintaining a fresh, interactive experience for site visitors.
  • Compiled weekly voting results and distributed them across promotional channels to keep audiences engaged.
  • Worked closely with the MTV.com video team to plan and produce the live webcast from South Street Seaport.
  • Assisted with backstage management and provided artist hospitality during the live event to support a seamless experience for performers and crew.
