As part of Nicktoons Network’s rebranding, this whimsical and unique site prominently featured the channel’s robot mascot, ACOW (short for Animation Capital of the World). I spearheaded the full site redesign, managing the information architecture, UX strategy, and coordination with the external agency handling design and development.

Key Contributions

  • Directed the entire redesign process from inception through launch, ensuring alignment with the channel’s new brand identity.
  • Developed the project RFP, managed the proposal process, and facilitated agency interviews, leading to the team’s selection of Exopolis as our design partner.
  • Collaborated with Exopolis to align design and development efforts with brand standards and project objectives.
  • Created the site architecture and wireframes, establishing a user-friendly structure that showcased the rebrand’s playful and dynamic style.
  • Wrote all site copy, capturing the unique voice of Nicktoons Network and enhancing engagement.
  • Oversaw backend integration with MTV Networks IT team to ensure seamless technical functionality.
  • Facilitated internal approvals with the Nicktoons Network executive team, aligning final deliverables with strategic goals.
  • Led comprehensive quality assurance testing, tracked bug reports, and verified fixes by Exopolis to ensure a polished final product.
